Assumptions


OK, so we’re all familiar with optical illusions like this one.
The point is, your unconscious mind tells you that the horizontal lines aren’t straight, but there’s a nagging doubt that there’s more to it than that.
When selling even when something seems cut-and-dried, it’s important to remember to ask yourself those important questions anyway.
Never assume you know all the answers until you’ve asked the questions.
The key to selling is good questioning and great listening.
So it doesn’t matter how much you think you know.
You still need to interrogate your assumptions to discover the truth.
